Flights of Fancy is a dinner like no other! Inland Oceans Vineyard is partnering with Three Rings Brewery for the Valentine’s Dinner catered by Whatever’s Cookin’. $110 per couple, only 11 couples’ seats available. (very limited) Service and entertainment by TRB staff.
The Concept: Each diner chooses a flight of wine or a flight of beer with their dinner.

Bruschetta : Toasted bread topped with a mixture of tomato, olive oil, balsamic glaze, feta cheese and herbs
House Salad : A refreshing salad tossed with a blackberry vinaigrette
Entree : Chicken Cordon Bleu - A chicken breast stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese coated in panko bread crumbs and baked to a golden brown served with roasted fingerling potatoes and seasoned green beans
House Salad : Cake Duo : A slice of Tuxedo cake and a slice of Chantilly cream cake
